The outbreak of the global pandemic has resulted in many workers doing their job remotely. But jobs are slowly resuming and offices are opening up, and a lot of measures still have to be taken to ensure that you are not exposing yourself to any possible threat of the virus. The virus has not only changed your personal lifestyle, but also your professional one. Offices will open up with lesser employees and sanitisation will be mandatory.
Although it can be a bit scary to get back to work post the pandemic, a few handy tips will help you to be safe at workplace:
Maintaining hygiene is vital to keep yourself safe, therefore, practise washing your hands before and after you use your work desk. Always sneeze or cough into your elbow or a tissue.
Workplaces will already function with minimum staff, still it is important to maintain a safe one meter distance with the colleagues around you. Make sure to always sanitise after shaking hands.
If you see any symptoms of COVID-19 in yourself, avoid going to work and visit a doctor at your earliest. And if you see any symptoms in a co-worker, ask them to do the same.
To avoid any risk of catching the virus, always wear a mask at all times. Also, remember to sanitise your hands at frequent intervals.
